Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Hopkins County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's rules and privacy practices apply to its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If a visitor sends an email or uses an available contact form, we retain the message and supplied contact details as needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Information Collected Automatically

We use standard administrative and technical practices intended to protect information. No website, network, storage service, or Internet transmission is fully secure. We cannot promise that a breach, loss, or unauthorized access will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted personal information, they may contact us and request deletion.

Depending on the law that applies and the information we hold, a visitor may ask us to:
