Purpose of This Resource

This is an independent reference site, not an office of Hopkins County or the State of Texas. It does not store official jail, release, corrections, or court records. Site operators cannot confirm a person's custody status, release anyone from confinement, submit a public-information request for a visitor, or file papers with a court or agency.

The site organizes links to Hopkins County Jail resources, TDCJ information, Texas IVSS notifications, federal locators, and related public offices. Some pages also connect visitors with independently operated research tools. An official answer must come from the agency that created or maintains the relevant record.

Acceptable Site Use

Use the site lawfully and in a way that respects other people, the site's operation, and the limits of public-record information. You agree that you will not:

• Break a local, state, federal, or other applicable law through your use of the site.
• Use information to stalk, intimidate, harass, threaten, or harm another person.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

Hopkins County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and its advertising partners do not provide such services through this site. By continuing, you agree not to use site or linked-tool information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, reassignment, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, lease approval, or any housing-related screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance rates and eligibility.
• Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other decision regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Information Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranty is made concerning:
